STEP 1: Download IMG Membership Application Form

Just download the form and i-fill out ang mga kailangan na details. Make sure na walang makaligtaan na detalye lalo na ang signature.

STEP 2: Send the Scanned/Captured IMG Membership Form

After ma-fill out ang forms ay i-scan or picturan ang bawat pahina nito at isend sa email ko upang ma-check at ma-print.

STEP 3: Send your payments thru Bank Remittances, Bank Deposits or Fund Transfer

After mag-deposit sa bank account ay paki-picturan or i-screenshot ang proof of payment at isend ulit ito sa email address ko para ma-print at ma-attached sa IMG Membership Application Form.
